Hello, I need your comments on an issue. Due to the Architectural Project, there is only the energy room in the middle of the basement floor and the other parts will not be used and will be filled (250 cm basement height and filling). (fill under the slab) Or would it be more accurate to show the constructive tie beam and the slab as lean concrete on the filling. (Shearing force will occur on all columns in the Central Region) (It will be built in place of the destroyed building due to the risky building regulation, so the vegetable soil thickness is 140 cm, the upper level of the foundation -2.00 m ) architectural project is attached

Would it be correct to define beam - slab? (fill under the floor) or would it be more accurate to show the constructive bond beam and slab as lean concrete on the fill.
