Yes, it means there is a problem with the model, not the program. At the point where you connect the column, you should create a nodal point in the lower floor beam. First of all, I'm throwing an axle at the point where I'm going to break the column. I draw the beam in two parts and give it the same name. Then I move the axis from the bottom floor to the top and draw my column that is stuck in the beam. Thus, there is no node error. In perspective view, you can enter 3d frame mode and see if the upper floor column is connected to the lower node. Of course, the node points box must be checked in the window on the left.
