hello... I am waiting for your help with your problems and solutions about B2 irregularity... all floor heights in the basement-floor-4N-terrace(5) structure are 2.90. The terrace is 50% in use.4. In the calculations under the control of irregularity b2 on the floor, a lower floor, that is, the 3rd floor, and the 5th (terrace) floor, which is an upper floor, are taken into account and due to the condition of the terrace, b2 irregularity occurs on the 4th floor... what should we do in this case. Same question because of the height difference in the lower floors. valid in the b2 irregularity that occurs...thanks a lot for your help...take it easy...
 
Re: B2 IRREGULARITY (with high basement, ground floor and terrace floor you don't have to fix B2 irregularity. The program analyzes according to mod combination method and also takes 5% eccentricity.
