B2 DUZENSILIGI

HELLO I've been working for a long time but I'm stuck in the project I'm waiting for your help 1) b2 irregularity occurs or how we can pull it to a minimum level. 4) I'm basically thinking of raft, but the floor safety is negative (floor safety 20). When I make a raft with cracks in approximately the same dimensions and I reduce the floor safety from 20 to 12, I do not encounter a negative result. What could be the reason for such a change?

The choice of A1 and B2 Irregularity calculation method is related disorder. Dynamic analysis TDY 2.3.2.1
2) I got the warning that the number of mods is insufficient at first, and I entered the number as 45 on the other hand, is it a plus or minus in this regard
It is not important to enter the mods month too much. In dynamic analysis, mode number locality is determined by mass participation ratio. The sum of the effective masses calculated for each mode cannot be less than 90% of the total mass of the building. TDY 2.8.3.1
4) I am thinking mainly of raft, but the ground safety is negative (ground safety 20 ) When I make a ribbed raft in about the same dimensions and reduce the floor safety from 20 to 12, I do not encounter any negative results. What could be the cause of such a change? r?
In the program, the stress control of the rafter raft is done only according to the loads. If the beamless raft is basically made by marking the "Use earthquake loads in the ground safety control of non-beamed rafts" line in the Analysis Settings, and the relevant line appears to be marked in the project you sent, the ground stresses will be higher. In your project, the soil safety stress value is 10t/m2 and the soil bearing coefficient is 6000 t/m3. these values seem incompatible. These values should be entered according to the ground survey report. If the soil group is one of the groups A, B, C, if earthquake loads are used for stress control in the design of beamless raft foundation, "Increase soil safety stress when using earthquake loads" option can be selected.

https://hotfile.com/dl/150822553/18572aa/krsl.cde.html IS IT SUITABLE TO DESIGN THE BASE IN THIS WAY OR should ALL BEAMS GO UNDER THE CARRIER ELEMENTS
The base system created in the project absolutely wrong. (In this way, the effect of the columns sitting on the raft slab is not taken into account in the foundation design. In the rafter raft foundation design, all columns and curtains should be connected to each other with continuous foundation beams. The rafters formed in between slab should be placed. If there is a raft-free raft foundation, the border of the raft slab should be formed with the slab edge
