Axle drawing problem

I cannot create the axes of the drawing whose architectural project I have imported in the same coordinates as the architectural project. After selecting the axle command, I move the cursor over the axles in the architectural project, it doesn't give me a reference point, how can I fix the problem? respects..
 
Hello, if you are using version 7, move a point near the lower left corner of the imported drawing to the origin point with the "move" command. If you are using version 8, check the line "move to origin" in the import options dialog.
