There is no such systematic shutdown in v10.20 version. Our users, who have this problem on a project basis or in every project, should add the project they have problems with under this title. Then let's examine this problem together with remote access.

I don't experience this problem in any project. I have this problem when I open the part with the default black background that appears on the screen. Re: v10.20 Users are experiencing systematic shutdown Maybe if you had manually installed that microsoft file without uninstalling ideCAD, it would still be there :) Do you use anti virus, sometimes anti virus programs cause this kind of silly problems .

You may have received a "failed" message for the microsoft plug-in prior to installation. ideCAD installation is not interrupted when the plugin installation fails, because there is always the possibility to manually install the plugin.
