Architectural Base Import Issue

Hi, I am using demo. When I import an architectural base to my project, the contour lines and all other auxiliary lines disappear, and when they are deleted, they are fixed again. Can you help me?

Hi, the unit selection may be wrong in DWG import options. If you made a mistake here, the drawing may have been too small. When you change the unit in the import options, you can see the drawing dimensions at the top. You can also give it a scale. After the import process, check the scale in the plan. If you are going to use the drawing as a base, it should be 1/1. Use the Distance command to check a dimension that will be a reference in the drawing. For example, if the column edge size is 30mm instead of 30cm, you need to enlarge the drawing 10 times. Use the "Scale (reference) command to enlarge it. Using DWG drawings as a base is explained in detail in our training video.

Thank you for your detailed answer. However, when I do the checks, the problem does not appear as a scale problem.

Can you go to General Settings and see if Grid and Contour lines are turned on. If it is not active, make it active. If the problem persists, add your DWG and ide file and we'll examine it.
