Angle column placement

I need to slide 1 cm from the bottom right end of the column from the place I marked, because there is no axle, I could not do it with the rotete command there, I am waiting for your help.

If you want to make the long side of the column parallel to the axis, you can follow the steps in the example given below 1- Activate the DN Lock and Advanced capture modes from the Toolbar. Disable the Upright mode. 2-Click the Rotate command. 3-Select the column with the left mouse button and press the right button. Click the upper right corner of the column (1) and the right Define the line by clicking its bottom corner (2). The column will move around its axis. 4-Click the Parallel Reference command from the Toolbar and select Axis A. Click the left mouse button to finish the process. The long side of the column will become parallel to the axis A. Good work
