Analysis situation on the stairs..

After solving the ladder independently of the structure and analyzing the ladder, the reinforcements are automatically thrown into fi12/15, there is no problem when making fi12/25 with intervention and drawing. So maybe the fi12/25 will be statically insufficiently equipped, but aren't we getting the output as if it were error free? Also, the raft throws fi14/19 to fi14/20, then makes them fi14/17 to fi14/17 and analyzes them and says the reinforcement is insufficient... So is it normal for it to say insufficient when tightening the reinforcements?
