Analysis error in the project

When I enter the project data, there are very few errors as a result of the analysis, when I equip the beams, I get many errors related to the column enclosure and beam shear safety. How can I solve this? You can view the project in the attachment.

When the reinforcements are changed; -TBDY 2018 item 7.4.5 The beam moment capacities in Equation 7.9 and accordingly (Ve) Design shear forces change and shear safety problem may occur in the beam by exceeding the limit values given in Item 7.3.7.5 Equation 7.7. -TBDY 2018 In item 7.5.2, As1 and As2 values in Equation 7.11 and accordingly (Ve) Design shear force changes and if the limit values given in Equation 7.12/7.13 are exceeded, joint shear safety problem may occur. -When the analysis is performed as you added in your project, when the analysis is performed, a joint shear safety problem occurs in the S14 column in the direction of the K71 beam. To solve the problem, the eccentricity of the K71 beam can be defined as 5 cm as in the 1st floor. I suggest you to use Ver 10.20.
