Re: performance analysis Hello; I reviewed your project. If the structure is straight, the performance analysis is made with the "Linear Calculation Methods" specified in TBDY Section 15.5. The linear performance analysis evaluation is also made according to the section "Determination of the seismic performance of existing buildings" specified in TBDY Section 15.8. Here, during the performance evaluation, "if there is a brittle element, it should be strengthened" is sought. In this case, in addition to the controlled damage of the system, it should also be checked whether there is a brittle element from the element ductility checks (column ductility check, beam ductility check, wall ductility check). Since the method is assumed to be linear and there is no plastic deformation due to shear, only the deformation of ductile internal forces is controlled. When you look at the ductility control reports in your project, it is seen that there are brittle elements in the beams and columns and these elements need to be strengthened according to the regulation. The main reason why the elements are insufficient in the DGT analysis (in the modal analysis you mentioned) is due to the lack of longitudinal reinforcement to meet these ductility conditions.
