aid in stapling and stacking reinforcement in columns

The attached project is in the design phase. There seems to be excessive reinforcement on the punching and columns. This building will be a workplace. There may be vehicle traffic on the right side. The building loading is a bit exaggerated (the workplace is not clear, construction material sales, wedding hall, vehicle gallery etc....) I am using 5.511 but I wonder if there is a problem with my ide 7 settings. I also solved the system semi-rigid, but I'm stuck. Thanks for your help.

Hello, There does not appear to be a general problem with data entry in the project. Suggestions: *As if the live load value was overestimated in the project... In TS 500, it is said that 0.5 tf/m2 mobile is taken for vehicles up to 2.5 tons. *Choosing -Superstructure interactive solution-, -Use winkler spring method on matte foundations- and -Enlarge the connection area of the foundation- in the Analysis Settings/ Basic tab makes the foundation comfortable. *Material strength and raft thickness can be increased for stapling problems. (Or the column header can be defined if the architecture allows) Good work
