Adding Temperature Load to Reinforced Concrete Element

Hello, when I add a temperature load to the structure from the Analysis-analysis settings tab, automatic heat (T) loading status is created and extra moments are created. When I select 1 curtain and right click and add heat load from its properties, the heat(T) load status is not created. Can a temperature load be added to a single element? In the analysis settings, enter the heat value as small as 0.01, then you can define the heat value per element.
