About the retrofit project

Hello, I would like to get your opinions on a retrofit project. I entered the attached project according to the old statics and locked my reinforcements. I made the column reinforcements to the basement and the ground floor. We do not want to make it to the last two floors, but of course, none of the columns saves according to the old static. The project was drawn with the 1975 regulation. We had to analyze according to the 2007 regulation in v.8.62. How should i follow a path? Which use should be chosen in performance analysis? I want to know if there is something missing or wrong with the data I am working with. We also want to make a raft foundation as seen in the attached picture.

roje was drawn by the 1975 regulation.
--If this project was built according to the 1975 regulation time was usually made as B160(C14)-STI. (Concrete values may be around C14, which is difficult to obtain. C10.) --Did you determine the reinforcement and concrete according to TDY2007 SECTION 7? (SEENS NOT DONE.) You must enter the reinforcement, concrete and column beam, slab dimensions and wall loads you have determined on site, --C25-B420C is seen in the old project and reinforcement columns. Reinforcement and concrete values determined on-site are not entered,

Which use should be selected in performance analysis?
--You should provide CG according to TDY2007 table 7.7, --It is not the right choice to jacket each column. There are detail and application errors in beam joints. For this, it is best to put a reinforcement curtain on all floors from bottom to top in both directions so that sheathing is not required. If you have not done a retrofit project before, you better do it with an experienced engineer in your region.

We have the old project now. Thinking that the building was built in accordance with the project, we entered the anchors in the project. We have not yet passed the measurements of the conformity of the structure to the project. We are currently dealing with data in order to have information about reinforcement, what it is and how it is done. According to 2007, none of the columns seem to be saving in the analysis, but I think it is important that the life safety in the linear performance analysis report is not based on this analysis, in this case? I want to learn how the data works.

You will do the final performance analysis after making the previous suggestions. The program will let you know if it provides CG. If it does, it's enough. Ünver ÖZCAN
thank you. have a nice day
