About the Pedestal for Monuments.

I want to design a pedestal with a diameter of 5 m and a height of 2.50 m for a monument to be built in İdecad. But I couldn't decide how to do it. Should I turn the curtain around and solve it with flooring, or should I turn the pole circle into a column? I would be very grateful if someone could help me out with my inexperience in this business.

We are planning to support the monument to the pedestal with approximately 30 tons of steel, anchors from 5 places. but I don't know how to tell this to the program.
