If you look at the relevant article in the regulation (3.4.3.1. figure 3.7), the length (a) of the beam reinforcement inside the column should be at least 0.4 * lb (ts500 clamping length). In your project, beams with red "ab" error have 18fi reinforcements, and the largest reinforcement diameter is 16 in upper floor beams without error. Since the clamping length of the 18-gauge reinforcement is long, most likely the relevant size of your columns is short. The clamping length of the 18 gauge reinforcement is approximately 76 cm. 0.4 lb makes 30 cm in length, so if you have columns that are narrower than 35 or 40 cm depending on the cover, the length will not be enough. As a solution, you either need to enlarge your column dimensions enough to save in the relevant direction (probably 5 cm), or you need to equip your beams using the largest 16-gauge reinforcement (from the reinforced concrete-rebar selection menu). To correct this situation, you need to increase the dimension of the column to which the beam is attached, not your beam, in the relevant direction, see the figure (3.7) in the regulation.
