About the cold joint problem

Have a nice day . In a reinforced concrete project that I am in the design phase, I have small problems. We are solving the foundation raft and it is a project with a large seating area. For this reason, the foundation concrete cannot be poured in one go. As a matter of fact, I have a concern that adherence cannot be achieved in the foundation concrete and cold joints may form. What kind of precautions can I take in the design and manufacturing part to prevent cold joint ? Thank you to everyone who reads and replies, keep up the good work.
