About staircase design

Dear colleagues. Ladder issue has always been a problem for us young engineers. I couldn't design the ladder in my last project. Can you help me please. Unfortunately, when I consulted with my colleagues about this issue, I learned that they usually do not design stairs in the program, they paste the stairs from the latest architectural project to their static projects on autocad. This situation made me very uncomfortable. Doesn't an engineer endanger the lives of the people who will live in that building by doing this to save the day ? Also, how can I improve myself in the idecad program about staircase design. What do you recommend. Are there training videos for this. In the idecad program, select the "paste from file" option in the upper left tab of the idecad program and if you select the blk file from the opened file, it will open.
