About Soil Groups and Their Effect on Structure

Dear forum users, I need your comments and evaluations: The effects of the rotations of the columns and especially the shear foundations on the structural system calculations, which fall on the C and D groups defined in TDY 2.2.1.5 Section 6, Section 6.1, should be taken into account with appropriate idealization methods. It means. My question is as follows: We did not impose such a condition on groups A and B, but if we still consider the ground rotations for groups A and B (marking the superstructure interactive solution in the program), would we be correct? What could we have done?

Or what could we have done?[ /quote] You would have done it better
