About Project errors in the report

In the project I have done, it shows that there is no problem in the report, but in the report section, the first error in the project errors section and the last error in the d22 and d23 tiles, the error continues even though I increased the size.

Hello, When Pilye is used, it may not provide tension control in some cases, since there are areas without reinforcement at the top of the floor opening. Upper and lower reinforcement types were selected as reinforcement type for slabs with errors in tensile stress controls. In this way, some of the errors are corrected, but in some floors, it is necessary to increase the reinforcement separately. Attached is the link of the project where the errors were fixed.
