Hello there; You can control the snow load in a simple project by entering an exaggerated value in your project in order to see that deflection control can be made according to the G+Q and G+0.5Q combinations. Only that combination is printed on the design screen and reports, whichever gives an unfavorable result. If you read the articles about the combinations to be controlled in the Steel Structures Regulation, it is understood that these two are the combinations that need to be checked in elements such as secondary beam, purlin, steel beam. As you will see in the program trainings regarding the deflection limit values, the values that come as l/240 for the secondary beams and purlins and as l/360 for the main beams are only the set values of the projects. The program does not detect that your building element is on the roof or mezzanine or is a console element and does not automatically change the deflection limit accordingly, this is under user control. In your projects, when necessary, you should select the element and intervene in the deflection limit from the properties - design tab. You can view the deflection results of the purlins in the analysis tab, if you select the perspective screen, right-click analysis view, steel design deflection limit and activate the show purlins. Good work.
