I visited the fair yesterday, I had the opportunity to meet and chat with Mr. İsmail. After the summary presentation of the program, we modeled a simple industrial structure with Mr. Hakan in line with my wishes. I must admit that I did not expect such a modular modeling. They did a really good job and this is just the beginning. For me, as an engineer who has been making a living with only projects for years, "everything was as I calculated". I think that from now on everything will be as I dreamed. Last week, I watched with amazement and envy as the Chinese built a 30-storey hotel from foundation to furnishing in just 360 hours. I hope that with this program, I have come closer to my dream of modular, fast, earthquake-resistant, recyclable multi-storey steel structures as an alternative to bulky Barme structures consisting of thousands of tons of concrete. Introducing the ideStatik 8 version, which I see as a touchstone in reaching the one, whole, big country, TURKEY, which has entered the process of urban transformation and locked on to its 2023 target, Mr. I would like to express my gratitude to all his colleagues, especially Mr. İsmail Hakkı. I was at the fair like Mr. gk. I went there specifically for ide8. I saw people coming from many parts of Turkey. almost all of the software team was there. As a side note, I would like to point out that going to Istanbul, especially to the European side, and on top of that, going to Tüyap Fair Center is a complete torture... ideyapı employees were in the rightful pride of being the only company that introduced a new product in the field of software at the fair. my opinion on the software 1-price opinion: I have read previous price discussions and suggestions in the forum. I respect everyone's desire to buy a product they want at the cheapest price. In my opinion, it is wrong to start an evaluation of the ide8 study over a price discussion. It is necessary to thoroughly evaluate what the software can do for you. 2-A facilitating approach should not be on the agenda for now, as in steel, reinforced concrete. The company does not have such a target in software. 3- It would not be realistic to target the lowest in price in software that aims at the top in terms of quality. 4- When I examine the list of work done, I come to the following conclusion; -To do the same job, it is necessary to bring together a+b+c+d software. software a only calculates: xxxx tl +b software only draws steel: xxxx tl+c software calculates combination xxxx tl+d software makes details of reinforced concrete: xxxx tl+ add a software for foundation design. price:xxxxx tl+kdv -or another package:xxxxx+kdv -or any other combination: xxxxx+kdv finally the point I want to reach is that, in any case, it's a dream to solve this job cheaply. If you say that I am not an office with that much business potential, if you say that you can only solve a mid-floor industrial structure, it would be more logical to buy a longer software. These aside...the ones I saw in ide 8: 1-all kinds of foundations can be modeled under steel structures, just like in reinforced concrete. 2-joint calculations and geometric checks are made. 3-column lower end joint can be made on any kind of foundation. 4-steel+reinforced concrete is taken into account at the same time. 5-"single part", "assembly", "3d" for steel ...necessary drawings are available for steel. There are tdy2007 controls in 6-joins. 7-roof and frame braces are there with all controls. 8-type shears are available interchangeably. There are scissor knot accounts and formations. There is a 9-space cage system. There are 10-buckling controls. 11-reports can be monitored, controlled and understood.
