about beam reinforcements

Greetings, the program gives the beam expansion in this way, but there is a clause in the regulation: 7.4.2.2 - The diameter of the longitudinal reinforcement shall not be less than 12 mm. At the top and bottom of the beam, at least two rebars shall be located continuously throughout the beam span. I wonder if this item is not valid for continuous beams (two bars at the top and bottom being continuous across the span) or am I misinterpreting this item. I will be glad if you comment, good work.

Hello, TBDY item 7.4.4.2 continuous It also applies to beams. This condition is automatically controlled in the program. The sentence "2fi12 reinforcement will be kept throughout the span" means that the mounting reinforcement cannot be less than 2fi12 along the beam span. In the picture you added, there is 2fi12 assembly at the top and 4fi14 flat reinforcement at the bottom. TBDY 2018 conditions are met.Because the reinforcement exceeds 12 meters when applied as a single piece, overlapping (attachment) is made in the middle of the opening at the top.The lower flat reinforcement is also clamped on the support. it is finished by extending its length.. Good work

"2fi12 reinforcement will be permanently available throughout the opening." The comment I made from the sentence was that the equipment was kept without interruption or overlapping (attachment). I guess I misinterpreted it, thanks.
