About beam dimensions

Hello, when my project was checked in the building inspection, he said the condition of H> ln/10 in beam dimensions. But such a condition does not appear in tbdy2018 and the program does not take this condition into account. How should I explain?
 
Isn't that something the program would consider? You (if necessary) will determine your beams in this way as a designer. Ask the building inspection according to which article of the regulation they want this requirement.

This rule, which the building inspection company says, is the beam height / span ratio that will not require deflection calculation. Since ideCAD performs deflection control, you do not have to follow such a rule.
