When we mark A2 and A3 irregularities in our building in the floor parameters, where does the program include it in the calculations?

The control of whether there is an A2-A3 type irregularity in the structure is under the control of the user according to Tdy 2007 article 2.3.2.2 and figure 2.2. The user decides whether there is an A2-A3 type irregularity in the structure according to the conditions here. And in the Analysis/Floor parameters/Irregularities tab it marks or does not. This information is printed in the Earthquake regulation General report.

Is it just a statement made by the user in the reporting section? Does it have a technical effect?

In buildings with A2 and A3 irregularities, you should take into account the effects of floor slabs and ensure that your building transfers this safely. If you think that there is such an irregularity in your structure, you can add floor diaphragms to the work and check that it transfers horizontal loads safely with a "semi-rigid" diaphragm.

Yes... It is the user's declaration whether to mark these lines or not. It has no technical effect.
