A1 disorder

Dear forum officials, it is said that the A1 irregularity in my project that I want to learn, that is, my report values are greater than 1.2, and the A1 irregularity must be smoothed out. but there is no other defect or error in the solution of the system. At the same time, I do not understand why the issue of correcting the a1 is in the foreground even though there is another irregularity in the system report. Is it wrong to conclude the system when there is a disorder of a1. solves the system. I also think that if an incorrect data entry had been made, he would not have analyzed it.

Hello, if you examine the explanation of A1 irregularity in Table 2.1, it says that 5% eccentric will be taken into account in the calculation of the relative storey drifts. The program already applies 5% screenstress under all conditions. Also, the A1 irregularity is valid according to the Equivalent Seismic Load method. Again, anyway, it doesn't matter how many nbi you are doing modal analysis anyway. In short, type A1 irregularity indicates a situation in the report, not a sanction... Do not try to fix it.

Does the program say that the A1 irregularity must be fixed? In case of A1 irregularity, the program solves the system by applying the relevant regulation conditions. In case of A1 irregularity, it is up to you whether to implement your project or not, the program will not block you. The design and construction of irregular buildings described in
2.2.1.4 - 2.3.1 should be avoided. The structural system should be arranged symmetrically or nearly symmetrically in the plan and the torsional irregularity defined in Table 2.1 with the heading A1 should not be included as much as possible.
Please write more clearly where the issue of correcting A1 you mentioned comes to the fore.
