Hello, if you examine the explanation of A1 irregularity in Table 2.1, it says that 5% eccentric will be taken into account in the calculation of the relative storey drifts. The program already applies 5% screenstress under all conditions. Also, the A1 irregularity is valid according to the Equivalent Seismic Load method.
