While excavating the foundation of the construction, the remains of an old stone wall were found. Construction was stopped, the stone wall was excavated and exposed. Now the Monuments board allows a 4-storey building to be built on top of it, stipulating that the stone wall is visible. In this case, we basically have ideas such as either making a high continuous foundation and defining the tie beams from above and making a navigable glass floor, or making a raft foundation (if it can be done), arranging a low floor and making a navigable glass floor again to top the building. I am looking for help from friends who have worked on such issues before or who have an idea about it. In the attached project, the areas shaded in red are ancient stone walls.
