Hello, I am a project author in İzmir Aliağa. The municipality has a vacant lot that will be used both as a social facility and as a stadium, and we were asked to design a single-storey building with a length of about 125 m and a height of 370 floors. On top of this building, it is desired to build a steel structure with fixed seats, which I have attached the screenshot below. This 500-seat stadium project is the type project of the ministry and I only have a drawing, no static calculation data. I am confused where to start and I need the knowledge and support of you, my esteemed colleagues.
