3 beams in the junction remain idle

I have uploaded a sample photo below.. In a renovation project, if the s05 column is cut and the s06 column is added to the structure from the foundation, 3 beams in the junction area remain idle. What solution can be offered in such a hollow block structure?

To see that it is a very bad system; model it and see if it will save CONSIDERING THE FOLLOWING IN THE MODEL: --DETERMINATION OF CONCRETE VALUES, --DETERMINATION OF EXISTING REINFORCEMENTS, --JOINING DETAILS, --THE REINFORCEMENT PROJECT MUST BE DONE.
