In general, in terms of modeling and analysis settings, it is good to consider the following points; * Since the superstructure interactive solution is made in the project, it would be appropriate to design the basic system as a beamless raft. *It is recommended to model the panels as shells. *The ductility level was selected high in the Analysis Settings and R=4 was entered. In highly ductile systems with framed curtains, R=6-7 can be taken according to the alphaS condition. (R=6 can be taken as alfaX is close to 1 in this project.) *The minimum shrinkage rate of 0.0025 is entered in the raft laying parameters. This value can be taken as 0.0020.
